Asus today showed another unusual laptop. It combines features of different models, but at the same time turned out cumulatively unique for the market.
The Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) is aimed at professionals who create a variety of content. Primarily video and photo, and for such users, the laptop offers a 16-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3840 x 2400 pixels and 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage to begin with. In addition, the display supports stylus operation.
The second feature of the notebook is the keyboard unit. It is implemented here in the form of a rising module. We have already seen it in ZenBook Duo dual-screen laptops, but in this case the keyboard is implemented in this way. This should improve usability, as well as cooling components. Such a design feature is called AAS Ultra.
The third important feature is the Asus Dial element. This is a customizable control that can be used in various applications where Microsoft Dial is supported.
But that’s not all. For example, the notebook gets six speakers and four noise-canceling microphones, a 16.9mm aluminum alloy chassis, a cooling system with a large evaporative chamber, a large touchpad, and a Full HD camera with Windows Hello support. The battery capacity is 96Wh, so battery life should be fine.
At its heart is the Core i9-12900H and the GeForce RTX 3060 is responsible for the graphics performance, so the notebook could well be used as a gaming notebook. There are also a couple of Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, USB 3.2 and an SD card slot.
