The world’s first unbreakable phone with thermal imaging, night vision, 90 Hz and 5G. Blackview BL8800 introduced

The well-known brand of secure phones Blackview introduced today the Blackview BL8800 series, including the BL8800 and BL8800 Pro models. The Blackview BL8800 Pro was the world’s first unbreakable phone with thermal imaging, night vision and 5G.

The Blackview BL8800 series is the successor to the Blackview BV8800, which withstands the harshest conditions and offers a night vision camera. With the addition of 5G and thermal imager, the BL8800 series is sure to find new users.

The Blackview BL8800 has a 50-megapixel main camera, as well as a 20-megapixel IR night vision camera that allows users to see as well as take photos and videos in total darkness.

The smartphone has a 90 Hz screen, which is still a rarity in the category of rugged phones. It has a battery capacity of 8380 mAh, which suffices in standby mode up to 720 hours (30 days). The smartphone supports 33-watt fast charging.

It has a MediaTek G96 single-chip system and runs the Doke OS 3.0 shell based on the Android 11 operating system. It meets the U.S. military MIL-STD-810H standard, as well as IP68 and IP69K ratings.

A distinguishing feature of the BL8800 series is 5G support. In addition, the addition of a thermal camera makes the BL8800 series even more interesting when used outdoors. You can use this camera to find and troubleshoot problems in the house, watch people and animals in the dark, and use it for other scenarios.

The Blackview BL8800 series (BL8800/BL8800 Pro) will have its world premiere on May 23. Additional details will be announced in the coming days.
