The first smartphones with Android 13 out of the box have been announced. Google showed the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro

It was pretty much already clear that Google’s new flagship smartphones would come out in the fall, but everyone was waiting for the Google I/O event, where the company was expected to officially announce the new products. And it happened: Google showed off the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.

The image above is official, and it completely correlates to the pre-renders, of which there are many already walking around the web. You can see that the camera of the younger model has one less sensor (obviously periscope), but in general there is continuity with the design of the current Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.

Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will be released in the fall and will be the world’s first smartphones with Android 13 out of the box. The hardware will be based on the proprietary Tensor SoC, but already the second generation. Finally, today Google revealed the colors of the new products: Pixel 7 will be offered in black, white and yellow, and Pixel 7 Pro – in black, white and green.
