Radeon graphics cards will be up to 24% faster simply by using a new driver

AMD has released updated Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards, and along with them, they have talked about the upcoming graphics driver. It will be released at the end of the month and will bring significant improvements to various features.

First, AMD promises a nice performance boost in a number of games in DirectX 11. For example, in Far Cry 5 we’re talking about 4%, in Apex Legends – about 5%, but in Total War Saga: Troy it will be a huge 17%, well, in Crysis Remastered and at all 24%, that is, each video card will become a step higher simply due to a fresh driver.

In addition, Radeon Super Resolution (RSR) technology will receive an update. RSR 1.1 will offer users a sharpening filter, which will allow more accurate image adjustments. Recall, this is a separate implementation of supersampling, only, unlike FSR, it does not require integration into games and works in any project. True, it requires a modern video card.
