Microsoft reminded of the imminent end of support for a large number of seven versions of Windows 10

Microsoft has talked about this before, and now it has reminded us: support for Windows 10 20H2 and Windows 10 1909 will cease on May 10. “The May 2022 security update for May 10 will be the last update for these versions,” a Microsoft spokesperson said. – After that date, devices running these versions of the OS will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates containing protections against the latest security threats.”

Windows 10 20H2 versions of Home, Pro, Pro Education and Pro for Workstations will no longer be supported starting May 10, and support for Windows 10 1909 versions of Enterprise, Education and IoT Enterprise will cease. The Enterprise, Education and IoT Enterprise versions of Windows 10 20H2 will be updated for another year, until May 9, 2023.
