Mass production of the main accessory for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 – S Pen stylus began

A source confirms that Samsung is working on a foldable Galaxy Z Fold4 phone, which is due to be unveiled this August. This year, Samsung’s foldable phone will come with an S Pen stylus. According to the latest reports, the S Pen for the Galaxy Z Fold4 has already gone into mass production.

The Galaxy Z Fold4 is expected to be the first foldable smartphone with a special slot for stylus storage. But even if the device won’t have a stylus storage slot, it will definitely support the S Pen. The source writes that mass production of the S Pen for the Galaxy Z Fold4 is underway at several European and Asian factories.

Last year there were rumors that the Galaxy Z Fold3 would be Samsung’s first foldable device to support the S Pen stylus. As a result, the S Pen Pro and S Pen Fold Edition are compatible with the Galaxy Z Fold3, but the regular S Pen does not work on the device. It is still unclear if the Galaxy Z Fold4 will support the regular S Pen.

Reports surfaced in March that Samsung may be working on Super UTG glass for the Galaxy Z Fold4. This protective glass would offer a stronger surface for the S Pen to use. Consequently, there is a possibility that the regular S Pen could work on the Z Fold4.

Rumors indicate that the Galaxy Z Fold4 will have a stronger hinge design and will also get an upgraded camera system and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 single-chip system.
