Instead of happy gamers there will be happy miners. Biostar iMiner 660MX8D2 system is based on common gaming Radeon RX 6600

Biostar, in the era of graphics card shortages, continues, without much shyness, to create and sell mining farms based on ordinary 3D game cards.

The company’s new brainchild is called the iMiner 660MX8D2. As you can understand from the name, it is based on eight Radeon RX 6600 video cards. The system performance is claimed to be 248 MH/s.

The setup is also based on a Biostar motherboard, an Intel Pentium G4900 processor and 8GB of RAM. The total power consumption is 1056W.

As a reminder, Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards do not have any anti-mining protections, so they are not subject to the problems inherent in GeForce RTX 30 adapters.
