Huawei has officially announced a new version of the MateBook 14 non-touchscreen laptop (Huawei MateBook 14 Non-Touchscreen Edition), which is available for about $850 in China.
The features of the new Huawei MateBook 14 Non-Touchscreen Edition differ from the 2022 touchscreen model, but the novelty is similar to last year’s model. The main difference is the lack of a touchscreen.
The laptop features a 14-inch 2160 x 1440 pixel resolution display that covers 100 percent of the sRGB color gamut and has a 3:2 aspect ratio. The device is equipped with an 11th generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor combined with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. As for the software, the laptop runs the Microsoft Windows 11 operating system.
It got a fingerprint scanner built into the power button, one USB-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device runs on a 56Wh battery, which the company claims supports 65W USB-C fast charging.
The Huawei MateBook 14 Non-Touchscreen Edition is already available for pre-order and will go on sale April 17.
