Gamers need very cheap graphics cards. Intel may release Arc A310 adapter to compete with $160 Radeon RX 6400

AMD doesn’t seem to be the only one who thinks the market needs very affordable desktop graphics cards. Intel is allegedly working on a budget Arc A310 adapter, which will perform at the level of the new Radeon RX 6400. That is at the same time will be a competitor for GeForce GTX 1650.

The Arc A310 is rumored to get 4GB of GDDR6 memory. The GPU is expected to have 512 or 768 cores and the bus will be 64-bit.

There have been rumors before that Intel might release something on a stripped down base DG2-128 GPU, and the Arc A310 is just fine. It’s too early to say anything about pricing, but Intel is unlikely to go against the market, so with similar performance to the RX 6400 we should expect about the same price.
