Asus will be making SSDs as well. The company showed ROG Strix SQ7 with 1TB capacity

Asus aims to provide users with as many different products as possible, especially in the gaming segment. Today the manufacturer showed the ROG Strix SQ7 SSD.

No full announcement has been made yet, so parameters are unknown. The company only talks about the PCIe 4.0 interface, NVMe support, and 1TB capacity. But, most likely, there will be versions with a different volume.

The SSD has an M.2 2280 form factor and offers a cooling heatsink. Apparently, the drive has no backlight, but that’s not certain yet. The SSD is likely to be unveiled at a company event on May 17.
