Apple plans to dramatically lower the price of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini

According to iDropNews, Apple has begun planning a new pricing policy related to the fall release of its iPhone 14 lineup.

The source confirms previous information that their Cupertino company will lower the price of the iPhone 12 from $699 to $599. As for the iPhone 12 mini, its starting price will be $499.

Similar marketing moves have been used before, so Apple has no plans to change its proven strategy this year. As for the iPhone 11, the company should abandon the production of this model.

The iPhone 14 series will undergo the following changes this year: the company will discontinue the 5.4-inch model. Now there will be two 6.1-inch and two 6.7-inch models in the lineup. Customers will be able to choose between the iPhone 14, 14 Max, 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. The 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max will get two notches in the screen, while the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max will keep their bangs.

As previously reported, the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will have significantly larger camera modules because of the new 48-megapixel image sensor. Meanwhile, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will get a smaller camera module, with the two sensors arranged in the same way as the iPhone 13.
