An electric car with a real range of well over 1,000 km. Mercedes-Benz Vision EQXX surpasses the declared autonomy figures

The Mercedes-Benz Vision EQXX electric concept car stands out for its unusual design and its claimed range of up to 1,000 km. As it turns out, 1,000 km in this case is not just a promise, but an achievable figure.

Mercedes-Benz said that the concept car successfully passed the range test, driving more than 1,000 km on a single charge.

The journey took it through several European cities, starting in Germany, through Switzerland and Italy and finally to its destination in Cassis in the south of France. The temperature during the journey ranged from 3 to 18 degrees, and the average speed of the car during the entire time was not the smallest 87 km/h.

The car traveled more than 1,000 km on a single charge, but Mercedes-Benz does not specify exactly how much. Apparently, not much more than the specified figure. However, the point is that at the end of the run, the car retained 15% of its charge, which means it could drive quite a lot more.

Mercedes-Benz’s achievement is not only impressive in itself. The company did not choose any ideal conditions for an electric car, in fact, demonstrating the car’s actual range.
