The majority of Russian users have already installed the new Gosuslugi application on their smartphones. This was revealed by the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Mintsifry Rossii) Maksut Shadaye at a briefing on the air of Russia-24 TV channel.
Shadaev said:
In April, we rolled out a new version of the mobile app, that is, for two platforms: for Android and for iOS. We see that 80% have already delivered the new version of the mobile app.”
According to the minister, user feedback suggests that “it’s going pretty well.” In addition, it is noted that the application has become much more convenient for users.
