A new round of battle between AMD and Nvidia. “Magic” FSR 2.0 technology will appear in the first game in a few days

AMD’s FSR 2.0 supersampling technology was introduced at the end of March, and it will be available in games as soon as next week.

The first game with FSR 2.0 will be Deathloop. It will be supported by an update before the end of this week. In addition to this project, the following games are on the list of the first to receive support:

  • Asterigos
  • Delysium
  • EVE Online
  • Farming Simulator 22
  • Forspoken
  • Grounded
  • Microsoft Flight Simulator
  • NiShuiHan
  • Perfect World Remake
  • Swordsman Remake
  • Unknown 9: Awakening

As practice with the first generation FSR has shown, AMD is quite quick to add to the lineup of games with support for its technology, but unfortunately, quite a few of them are little-known projects.

Anyway, in a few days gamers will have a chance to evaluate FSR 2.0 for themselves, and we’ll see full-fledged reviews and comparisons with DLSS 2.0. Recall, for FSR 2.0 to work it is desirable to have a video card level Radeon RX 6500 XT or more powerful, but in general, there are no restrictions.
