2GB RAM, Micro-USB and the old quad-core platform. Infinix Hot 12i introduced

Smartphones with 2GB of RAM are becoming rarer, and now it’s mostly Android Go models. However, the Infinix Hot 12i runs a full-fledged Android 11 and has only 2 GB of RAM.

This is a very simple device, which does not impress with its other parameters. So, the heart is the base SoC MEdiaTek Helio A22, which has only four processor cores. The RAM can also be 3 or even 4 GB, but the flash memory in all cases is 64 GB, that is, they did not save money here.

The smartphone screen is 6.6 inches, but with a resolution of only HD+. There’s also a 13MP main camera, a headphone jack and a 5,000mAh battery, apparently without fast charging support. There’s also the old Micro-USB port.

The price starts at a hefty $150 for such parameters, but that’s in Nigeria. What the price will be in other markets is not yet known.
